All of this information is incorrect. With the relocation process when we get assigned we make contact immediately. Myself and my company have a very good understanding of the process and each client has a different package per their company and their benefits. Questions are asked to the client and RELO company where each particular person pfalls with their benefits. At NO time during this process did this client EVER state any complaints or concerns. 90% of the time I was in communication with her husband not her. I made myself available each and every time they wanted to see properties. NEVER showed bias. Due to Fair Housing ….I’ve been doing this 20 yrs and when a client asks about neighborhoods I advise them to check with local Municipalities schools, google, police etc. just as I did with Ms Dick and her family. With them being out of town they asked this many times seems like she did not like my answer to that. Also They asked many times about school districts, which I also advise them to contact those particular school districts in the areas they were looking. The homes they were looking had multiple offers and I advised them correctly to get an offer accepted and NEVER was there any issue with closing. The sellers did do some repairs. The title company gave us wrong information right before closing which was corrected in a matter of 5 mins. Once again there was NEVER ONE time this client expressed discern before our search, during our search, at closing or after. I’ve even had communication with her husband about a security system which I gave them the answer for them in 24 hrs due to having to wait for the sellers to complete a task. Hell at closing I even got them and their young son little closing gifts. This persons review is delusional at best. The sellers agent even commented on it being a pleasure working with me and a smooth transaction as we were both on top of the whole process from beginning to end. UPDATE: Here is even a reply from her husband about our first contact because it was the Holidays…. Hi Valerie. No worries - I am glad you reached out. I will make sure to give you a call tomorrow so we can sort it out. I just figured you were out for the holidays and they didn’t get in contact with you. UPDATE…. We closed a according to schedule and could have closed a week sooner but their lender wanted to keep it per contract because of the sale of their home in Ohio. At no time was there a delay only some confusion about a wire of their downpayment and that came from the title company not myself for 5 min at our final walk thru LOL UPDATE: Her last comment about expressing her issues with the RELO the company is also incorrect...because they would have switched agents immediately for them if they wanted, the RELO companies are strict and would not have made them go with an agent they didnt feel comfortable with. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SURPRISE TO ME. SHE IS DETERMINED FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON TO RATE ME LOW TO CHANGE MY GOOD STANDINGS FOR OVER 20 YRS. ITS ABSURD THAT SOMEONE WHO NEVER VOICED ANY OF THIS BEFORE OR DURING THE COURSE OF THE TRANSACTION TO COME UP WITH THIS NOW. BUT THANKFULLY ALL MY OTHER OF HUNDREDS OF SALES AND HAPPY CLIENTS ARENT LIKE THIS PERSON. WHAT A HATEFUL RUDE PERSON TO POST SOMETHING ON SOCIAL MEDIA THAT ARE LIES YET NEVER SAID OR DID ANY OF THIS DURING THE SALE. JUST SHOWS HOW HATEFUL PEOPLE OPERATE.
